Open Google Drive with the worker's own Google account. The workspace does not store Google passwords.

Email access
Connect Gmail, Hotmail/Outlook, Hup Hing webmail, or another IMAP mailbox once. The workspace checks unread mail when you sign in, on refresh, and hourly.
Saved mailbox credentials are encrypted for summary checks. Opening Gmail, Hotmail, or webmail uses the browser session for that mail website.
For Gmail and Hotmail, normal passwords may be blocked by Google/Microsoft. Use OAuth above if configured, or use an app password/IMAP password allowed by that email provider.
